Deposits:

In order to schedule your cake on your event date, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. Without the deposit I can not proceed with the cake order.

Final Payment:

All final payments are due 7 days prior to the due date. If payments are not made 7 days prior to the due date, the cake order will not be placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they make all payments by the required due date.

Refunds:

Refunds are not provided for any reason.

Outside Events:

Any cake placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat. I am not liable for a cake once it has been delivered or picked up.

Delivery:

Not offering delivery services. All orders must be picked up.

Pick-Ups:

I am not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left my location. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. Please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily, drive carefully and slowly.
